Name: Selina
Gender: Female
Species: Vampire
Sexuality: Straight
Body Age: Twenty-one years
Age: One-hundred and twenty-one years
Personality: Selina can easily be described as broody, solitary, bitchy and stubborn. Her broody melancholy take on life only adds to her solitary nature. Not many want to be around someone with her weird since of humor and 'anti-optimistic' attitude. She can be rather bitchy, she has her moments of compassion and concern. But be warned, if she's in one of her 'moods' steer clear, trust me crossing paths then would be the last thing you ever do. Her stubborn streak makes her even harder to get along with, once she makes up her mind there is no changing it. She holds grudges, piss her off and you'll have an enemy for a long time. Making her mad is easy, gaining back her trust? Good luck.
She's a contradiction of herself in a way, she lives the solitary life, but likes being where the action is. Clubs and the music scene is where she can be found, drinking it up, not to the point of slobbering staggering, can't stand up drunk. Just to take the edge off. She doesn't understand it when humans and/or other vampires do that what's the point?

Appearance: Selina's dark brown hair that just covers up the back of her neck and piercing icy-blue eyes are her two defining features. She wears the 'typical' vampric clothes. Black, black and black. The black leather pants fit tightly on her slender well shaped body. A dark purple tank top covers her top half, or most if it, her mid-drift shows off her belly button a dark blood red jewel hangs from the golden ring through her pierced navel. Her ears are pierced also, twice in each ear, the lower lobes and her cartilage. A black cape-like trench coat style leather jacket worn over her tank top. A pair of black steel-toed boots adorn her feet. Lastly around her neck a necklace from which a gold lighting bolt hangs.
She is forever seen with a sketch pad and a pencil. If she's not sitting quietly drawing or writing poems. She has it with her tucked in a pocket in her jacket. Her drawings are very detailed, much the way she see's the world. Her writings are much the same, with 'graphically disturbing detail'
History: Selina started out life a hundred years ago as a human, a vampire had changed her into what she was now. She strangely went seeking this life, she wasn't some the product of a vampire that suddenly gained a conscience and choice to spare her. No she wanted this, the death outside of life was easier than dealing with true life and death. Her mother for example.. she was beautiful, caring, kind, just overall great. She'd died of cancer, when Selina was twelve, after that Selina began seeking something to dull the pain. What other things she remembers are blurred almost dream like. As if they didn't happen to her, like it happened to some one else.
Life wasn't easy for her, she's seen more in her 'human years' alone that many vampires could imagine in eternity. Trusting and true emotions had been sucked from her that dark nite when she became a vampire, like the blood was sucked from her veins.
Post Example: A full moon hung high in the sky, it’s light cast eerily through the buildings as a familiar shape from ones nightmares flies past the translucent face. A heavy rain soon began to fall from the sky only adding to the foreboding feel as a mix of howls, whines and screeches filled the still nite air. Also heard where the sounds of steel-toed boots hitting the ground as in the stormy nite a famine figure walked down the dark lonely streets of the city. The rain was wetting her clothes as she walked, hands stuffed deeply into her pockets. The woman didn't care fore she loved rain every part of it made her deeply happy, an emotion she only felt when her mother was alive or now when the rain falls. Her leather cape-like trench coat flapped behind her in the wind of the nite as her hair blew slightly in the same manor.
She cast her eyes upward looking up at the moon watching the bat fly across the face. She sighed a slight smile spread across her face as the rain hit it and at the sight of the bat it's-self. The strange flying mammals were just as misunderstood as she and her kind. Humans and vampires fear what the don't understand, and often don't give themselves the chance to do so. 'Protect yourself from hurt and pain. At any cost.' Seemed to be the motto of both species.
Selina sighed then looked back down at the ground listening the sounds around her of the rain and her feet. Her stomach growled softly with the pings of hunger. "A midnite snack wouldn't be bad." She spoke softly to herself as she lifted her eyes again scanning with them and her ears picking up all things around her searching for suitable prey for tonite.

Likes:
- Drawing
- Art
- Rain, thunder, lightening.. all of it. Is so very relaxing
- Bats, Ravens, Cats.. black ones mostly. Things that most would shy away from she adores.
- Action.. be it the thrill of the hunt searching for food or just in a club watching the bloody fools stagger about.
Dislikes:
- Half-Breeds.. She never understood it when someone can't 'find themselves' to know who the really are. Though most would argue that the half-breeds didn't choice their lives, that was a load of bull to her.
- Lies
- Trusting people/vampires. 'Trust is just a human word for hurt' She says.
- Being bored..
- Death, not of dieing just death. Her 'half' life as a vampire lends will to her aversion of the concept
Fears:
- People that don't understand her or her kind.
- Sunlight, or daytime in general
- She fears other things, but one can't reveal all their weakness safely
Hobbies/Interests:
- Drawing and art.. she loves to draw what she sees around her. Be it humans, vampires, animals or things in nature.
- Reading.. Things up her alley would be 'supernatural' The humans have tons of stories about witches and even them, the vampires seem a popular topic.
- 'Observing' .. Just taking in things around her.
